  • Payment: Full payment must be received on day of treatment
  • Cancellation Policy: Because this time is reserved specifically for you, a 24-hour cancellation courtesy call is expected and appreciated
  • No Show Policy: We are unable to fill an opening at the last minute if you do not show up for your appointment. You will need to pay a $100 deposit to schedule again after your first no show. This deposit will be applied towards your services booked. If you no show for the second appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Late Arrival: We cannot go back in time. If we have another patient scheduled after you, we will have to shorten your appointment. For your benefit, if there is not enough time to complete your treatment in full, it will need to be rescheduled
  • Return Policy: Products must be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Keep in mind that these products take time to work. If you have concerns, please call us to verify that your application of the product is correct.

  • Beauty Cash: This "cash" will expire 12 months from issue date
  • Packages: These cannot be shared with another person. Once a package is purchased, it cannot be substituted or upgraded with another service. All packages must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. Packages must be purchased at the time of your FIRST service; they cannot be retroactive.
  • Monthly Specials: Our monthly specials will only be honored during the month that they are offered
  • Pricing: Please be advised that our prices are subject to change at any time
